What You'll Do
- Conduct professional in-home consultations with homeowners using company-provided appointments
- Present industry-leading window, bath, and roofing solutions
- Master our proven 10-step sales process
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Track appointments, sales activity, and performance using CRM software
- Develop leadership skills through coaching, mentorship, and team involvement
- Assist with mentoring newer sales representatives as you progress
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- In-home sales, home improvement, direct sales, or high-ticket sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive, self-motivated, and coachable mindset
- Leadership potential with a desire to advance into management
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to appointments
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
