Job Overview
Milagro Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to provide mental wellness and social-emotional services to middle and high school students enrolled in the Teen Leadership Program. As an Independent Contractor, the Licensed Mental Health Professional will facilitate individual, small-group, and group social-emotional wellness sessions designed to strengthen students' emotional well-being, resilience, self-esteem, coping skills, communication, and overall mental wellness. The contractor will work collaboratively with the Teen Leadership Program Supervisor to develop student-centered programming based on participant needs, program assessments, and observed areas of growth.
The contractor will maintain appropriate professional boundaries and provide services within their education, professional training, Florida licensure, and scope of practice. When a student requires services beyond the scope of the program or contractor's role, the contractor will make appropriate referrals to qualified providers and follow Milagro Center's established safety and crisis-response procedures.
Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
