Director of Nursing (RN) – Home Health
Abe's Garden Home Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our clinical team and ensure the delivery of exceptional home health services. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting staff development, and promoting high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for all clinical home health services.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and agency regulations and standards.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing education of clinical staff.
- Promote quality patient care through care coordination, clinical oversight, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain clinical policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians, referral partners, and community organizations to support agency growth and patient satisfaction.
- Address clinical concerns and help resolve patient or staff issues in a timely, professional manner.
- Perform nursing assessments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum 2 years of home health experience.
- At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of home health regulations and clinical best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Experience caring for primarily geriatric patients.
