**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Outdoor Living Carpenter to join our team. The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, and installing various outdoor structures and fixtures. The ideal candidate will have experience with different tools and materials, be detail-oriented, and able to read and interpret blueprints. This is a position for an Outdoor Living Carpenter, you will be in the elements on a daily basis. Must be ok with working in the heat and cold and any other adverse weather conditions.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Carpenter
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy materials
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
**Responsibilities:**
- Measure and cut materials to build structures
- Construct pergolas, decks, custom fences and more.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
**Preferred Skills:**
- Certification in carpentry or a related field
- Experience with both residential and commercial projects
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
