MOS Eats, LLC is a growing franchise of Smalls Sliders. We are looking for high level leaders in the Prairieville/Gonzales area to grow with us as we expand our footprint and serve more areas of the great community! The Shift Manager's primary duty is the management of the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure the overall goal of outstanding guest service. The Shift Manager is the high-ranking member of the management team in the restaurant and has direct responsibility for overseeing the financial results, operations, staff development, customer service, and compliance with all Company policies, procedures, standards, and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient food service management.
- Train and supervise staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Manage inventory control and food preparation processes.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Assist in menu planning and execution for various dining experiences.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
