We are seeking a dynamic and organized Service Appointment Coordinator/Cashier to join our automotive service team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for customers scheduling vehicle service appointments, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assisting them with scheduling service appointments via phone, email, or in person.
- Maintain accurate records of all appointments, including customer details, vehicle information, and service requirements.
- Rescheduling No show appointments
- Scheduling sales to service introduction 1st service appointment
- Handle cash transactions and process payments securely while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Cashiering and closing daily paperwork and logging transaction into Excel
- Running vehicle history for the following days service appointments
- Assist and support advisors and management when needed
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
- Requires professional business appearance at all times
- Familiarity with mechanic processes such as vehicle maintenance schedules and general automotive repair procedures.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple appointments and detailed records efficiently.
- Basic cash handling skills combined with sales experience related to automobile sales or auto parts/services. - Monday through Friday 8-5 Saturdays are available as well
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
