Job: Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Location: Sparta, NJ (Sussex County)
Shifts Available: All
Female Applicants preferred to work with Female Individuals
$30/hr – For all hours worked between 7:30 AM and 9 PM (active daily living support, including paid onsite training).
18/hr: - For all overnight hours worked between 9PM and 7:30 AM (While Individual Sleeps).
Shifts Available: Day, Overnight, and Weekends
In search of female DSPs to work with female adults (30s) on self-help skills and leisure activities at home and in the community.
Job Duties
- Support residents during recreational activities, social outings, and community engagement opportunities to promote social well-being
- Follow individualized care plans for residents
- Complete accurate and timely documentation, via Google workspace
- Communicate consistently with other team members and Program Director.
Qualifications
- Direct Support Professional (DSP)
- High School Diploma
- Associates Degree
- Female, as the clients are adult females
