Morton Plant Hospital, part of the BayCare Health System is seeking a compassionate, skilled Speech ‑ Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team, providing high ‑ quality care to both adult and pediatric patients. This role offers a diverse caseload, collaborative interdisciplinary environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the lifespan.
Outpatient Speech Therapist Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive‑communication, and swallowing disorders in adult and pediatric outpatient populations
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans
- Provide caregiver and family education to support carryover and progress
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation

Requirements:
- CCC-SLP (Speech Language Pathology)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Speech Therapy License
- Required Master's Speech Therapy
- 1 year Clinical Related is preferred
