Lifestyle Management Co.™ is currently seeking a Project & Household Management Assistant to join our team.
We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented individual who enjoys creating order, tackling a variety of tasks, and helping make everyday life easier for our clients. Prior organizing or household management experience is a plus, but not required. What we value most is professionalism, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward work and learning.
This position will primarily support our project-based clients with services such as whole-home organization, packing, unpacking, and move-in support.
In addition to project work, this person will ideally take on 1–2 recurring weekly household management clients and/or be available to fill in for our Personal Assisting clients as needed. Household management may include laundry, errands, home resets, organization, returns, grocery shopping, household restocking, and helping clients stay on top of their everyday to-do lists.
The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
Morning and weekday availability is required.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle

US Citizenship
Drug free & clean criminal background
Speak fluent English, reliable, punctual, and flexible. Exhibit a cheerful, professional behavior. Perform work in an efficient and thorough manner.
Uphold client confidentiality and be respectful of client belongings.
Must have the ability to stand on feet for long hours, climb stairs, and up to 20 pounds.
Other Skills/Abilities:
Some college preferred
Prior work as professional organizer is a plus
Ability to identify and fulfill unspoken needs
Ability to adapt to change
Creative, with an eye for design
Possess a calming demeanor and a “can do” attitude
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
