ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Interacts with crew members and customers using ‘Tropitude’ (Tropitude is our “mojo” and what makes Tropical Smoothie Café fun and different. It means having energy and creating a positive atmosphere.)
Delivers ‘Unparalleled Hospitality’ to each customer that visits our café. Prepares ingredients for our food and smoothies.
Assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies prepared to Tropical Smoothie Cafes’ standards. Uses our sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
- Sets up and monitors food and smoothie work stations.
- Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and any other areas in the cafe.
- Follows the steps to operate the register including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash, and being responsible for the drawer.
- Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand.
- Performs any additional tasks necessary to run the cafe.
Requirements/Job Description:
- A smile and friendly face.
- No experience necessary. We’ll train you!
- Food Prep: Prepare food/smoothie items for use at each station
- Prepare Recipes: Make guests tickets for guest (food and smoothies) according to the provided recipes
- Cashier: Input all orders and handle money
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Quick learner in our fast-paced environment
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Available to work flexible hours
- Experience with POS system a plus

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
