Leesburg Auto Import is confidentially seeking an experienced Used Car Manager to lead and grow its pre-owned operations.
We are looking for a results-driven professional who knows how to acquire, manage, and sell inventory at scale. The ideal candidate will be a proven operator who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and can consistently deliver volume, gross, and turn performance.

Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of the used vehicle department — sourcing, purchasing, pricing, merchandising, and retailing
- Manage and grow a 150-250 unit inventory with consistent monthly sales of 80–120 units
- Maintain inventory turn under 60 days and front-line readiness within 5–7 days
- Oversee and develop a high-performing sales and management team
- Handle a diverse retail mix, including approximately 25% credit-challenged business
- Execute a comprehensive acquisition strategy using auctions, ACV, social media, dealer trades, Car Offer, service lane conversions, and wholesale partners
- Leverage vAuto, Provision, and Stockwave for pricing, appraising, and market analysis
- Develop and execute a written plan for continuous improvement and profitability
Requirements:
- Proven success as a Used Car Director or high-performing Used Car Manager in a high-volume environment
- Advanced knowledge of vAuto, Provision, Stockwave, and inventory management tools
- Deep experience with multi-brand used inventory and high retail velocity
- Track record of leadership, accountability, and results
- Strong acumen in acquisition, merchandising, and sales process management
- Ability to navigate complex credit situations and maximize gross on every deal
- Must have a defined written business plan and process for success
