Introduction to Employment Opportunity:

Social Sanitation is a company that relies on its quality of work in a timely manner. As a 'Social Sanitation Employee', you have the responsibility of making sure our customers have a safe workstation, clean kitchen, and sanitary bathrooms. Our disinfectant kills 99.99% of germs, and bacteria including COVID-19. We ensure a safe work environment for our customers, as well as our employees.
We provide the tools you need to be successful in your respective role of a Housekeeper. We are looking for experienced individuals, that can consistenly do the nightly, weekly, and monthly tasks of the scope of work, and keep their work space neat and tidey. You will be assigned a supervisor and a manager. We work as a team to precisely get the job done, for we are experts in our roles and ready for inspections at all times.
Dress Code:
As employees, you are required to wear:
- A black shirt from your first scheduled day of work to your last, unless given a uniform shirt which you will wear to each shift.
- A belt is required if there are belt loops in shorts and/or pants.
- Tennis shoes and/or hard bottom footwear are required at work site.
- No slides, crocs, or open toe shoes. These types of footwear are prohibited at the work site.
- The showing of undergarments is prohibited as well as, deemed unprofessional and will relinquish employment on site.
Advancement:
- We are willing to hire applicants with +6 months' work experience at a higher pay scale.
- On-Site training is paid for the trainee for the first week. After "Training Week" is complete, you will perform and complete daily tasks and checklists.
- There is opportunity to advance in the company. We are looking for discipline and diligence in each employee. There is a semi-annual performance check for advanced individuals to promote to Quality Assurance Technicians.
- Perform well on inspections (1 - 10pts) to build points towards monthly performance rewards.
Transportation:
Must have reliable transportation.
- Work sites are subject to change based on employee's scheduled location. We try to keep our employees within a safe distance to avoid high gas usage.
- Lateness will not be tolerated. Points will be stacked against you until termination is determined by a supervisor or high position.
Background:
Must be able to pass a background check.
Education Requirements:
Must obtain High School Diploma, or state equivalent GED.
