Overview
Cowboy Services LLC is seeking a highly motivated Field Supervisor to oversee industrial cleaning and environmental service operations. This role is responsible for managing field crews, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating job execution, and maintaining high-quality service standards across multiple job sites.
The ideal candidate has experience in hydroblasting, vacuum truck operations, confined space entry, and industrial maintenance environments, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead field personnel on industrial cleaning and environmental service projects
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety policies
- Conduct job safety analyses (JHAs), toolbox talks, and enforce Stop Work Authority
- Coordinate daily operations including scheduling, equipment, and manpower
- Oversee hydroblasting, vacuum truck, tank cleaning, and waste handling operations
- Monitor job progress, productivity, and quality control
- Serve as the main point of contact between field crews, management, and clients
- Complete required documentation (DVIRs, job logs, safety reports, timesheets)
- Train and mentor employees, including Short Service Employees (SSEs)
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and inspection of equipment and vehicles
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in industrial services, environmental services, or related field
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience required
- Strong knowledge of confined space entry, lockout/tagout, and hazard recognition
- Experience with vacuum trucks, hydroblasting, and/or waste handling preferred
- Ability to read and execute job scopes, safety procedures, and site requirements
- Valid driver’s license required (DOT preferred)
- Safeland / PEC Basic Orientation (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to travel and work extended hours, including nights and weekends
