We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), Licensed Master Social worker (LMSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing substance use and mental health day treatment program. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide meaningful clinical services while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Position Details
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Setting: Substance Use & Mental Health Day Treatment Program
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling to adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
- Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, and documentation in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate client care.
- Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and agency regulations.
- Foster a supportive, respectful, and recovery-focused treatment environment.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
