We are seeking a motivated and experienced Part-time Retail Associate to join our dynamic Bissinger's team at our new store at Burlington Mall. In this role, you will support management in driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for retail with high standards of store presentation and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and pricing accuracy.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Nights and Weekends required.
- Previous Retail Department Store experience.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to engage effectively with customers and staff.

Store Hours: Mon-Thrs 10am-8pm, Friday-Saturday 10am-9pm, Sunday 11am-6pm
