Duties
- Lead project planning efforts by developing detailed construction schedules and managing project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Oversee construction estimating processes, including cost management and budget tracking, and using project management software.
- Coordinate with design teams to review construction plans, schematics, and regulatory compliance documents such as Civil 3D files and construction regulations.
- Manage construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining construction schedule coordination.
- Monitor construction regulatory compliance and ensure all work aligns with local codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Facilitate project meetings, document progress through detailed reports, and manage project documentation including construction plans and schedules.
Experience
- Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects from inception through completion.
- Extensive background in construction scheduling using project scheduling tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and cost management strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a construction management role with excellent time management skills.
- Hands-on experience with construction site activities, including safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Prior experience in managing budgets, schedules, and resources for projects within the civil or commercial sectors is highly desirable.

Pay: $73,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
