Automotive Technician – Main Shop

Performance Toyota is growing – and so is our shop! We’re looking for experienced Automotive Technicians who are ready to join a busy, supportive, and advancement-focused team.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of automotive technician experience (minimum)
- Toyota Certified, Expert, or Master Technicians encouraged to apply
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork mindset
- Willingness to work a rotating weekend schedule (shop open 7 days/week)
What We Offer:
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Master Certified Toyota Technicians
- Competitive salary range: $55,000–$110,000 (based on experience & certifications)
- 4/10 schedule – enjoy more days off while still earning full-time pay
- 15 PTO days + 3 sick days annually for all main shop positions
- PTO payout option at year-end for unused time
- Retention plans for Expert & Master Certified Toyota Technicians (including those awaiting classes), with annual bonus + additional PTO
