Duties
- Safely move and park customer vehicles within dealership premises, including <LOCATION> parking areas, ensuring efficient flow and organization
- Assist guests with vehicle arrivals and departures, providing friendly and professional service from arrival to departure
- Deliver vehicles to designated areas or service lanes as directed by management or technicians
- Support dealership staff by performing light cleaning or maintenance tasks on vehicles when needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately during valet or parking services, including cashiering duties when required
- Communicate clearly with team members and guests to coordinate vehicle movements and address guest inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
Skills
- Strong guest services skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, dealership, or delivery driving preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus
- Ability to operate <LOCATION> parking systems and navigate dealership lot efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs
- Cash handling experience along with basic retail math skills for accurate transactions
- Knowledge of dealership operations or previous dealership experience is advantageous
