We're hiring! Apartment Leasing Solutions is seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team for temporary leasing position in the St. Charles area. Great property and location! Assignment is for July 2026. Mon-Friday 9-5 schedule. Immediate start!
Must have previous apartment leasing experience, and be ready to jump in and support an amazing team with exceptional leasing skills.
Position Responsibilities:
- Greet prospective residents and provide tours of available apartments, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain organized files and records for all leasing activities; applications, follow ups and lease agreements.
- Able to utilize software for property management tasks, including tracking leads and resident communications.
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with follow-ups with prospective prospects to encourage lease signings.
Qualifications
- Previous Apartment Leasing experience
- Knowledge of all Fair Housing guidelines
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to pass required background screenings
- Have own vehicle, valid drivers license, current auto insurance
