- Conduct laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchens by cooking simple meals or preparing snacks when required, ensuring food safety protocols are followed.
- Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting, moving furniture or equipment safely, and outdoor work such as sweeping walkways or gardening.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning duties within scheduled windows while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and the use of various cleaning detergents safely and effectively.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work with physical stamina.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple client sites.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends or evenings if needed.
