Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Surfboard Manufacturing and Ding Repair Technician to join our industry-leading production team. This is a hands-on position involved in several stages of surfboard manufacturing and ding repair. The ideal candidate is reliable, hard-working, a quick learner, and comfortable working with tools and manual processes.
Responsibilities
- Repairing damaged surfboards using fiberglass and resin
- Following a multi-step checklist to ensure finished new boards pass quality control
- Performing light sanding and surface preparation
- Routing and installing fin boxes
- Maintaining organized workstations
- Following safety and quality control procedures
Qualifications
- Experience working with your hands in a workshop, manufacturing, or trade environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Education
- No formal education required

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
