Practice Overview

You'll join a hospital-owned Rural Health Clinic model with strong community roots and an established panel

Collaborative team of 4 physicians and 6 NP/PAs, plus 1:1 MA/nurse support and centralized clinic support

Full-spectrum "cradle to grave" Family Medicine; no OB required

Procedures are "as much as you want" (skin biopsies, joint injections, LARC, suturing) with easy access to visiting specialists
Schedule

4-day workweek (4x10s) with a 90-minute mid-day admin block built in

Primarily outpatient clinic with limited inpatient rounding (typically 1-2 patients/day when needed)

Clinic volume commonly 12-16/18 patients per day with a goal to build toward 20

Backup ED call only, mainly to cover peer vacations-designed to stay light
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary guarantee starting at $300,000 plus production ($46 per wRVU)

$30,000 sign-on bonus with relocation included; residency stipend available

Quality incentives paid at $4 per wRVU (UDS measures, patient satisfaction, HEDIS)

Candidate Requirements

MD/DO with Board Eligible or Board Certified status in Family Medicine

Open to new grads and experienced physicians

Comfortable practicing broad outpatient Family Medicine; inpatient rounding is minimal
