Position Overview
Are you a compassionate clinician seeking flexibility, clinical autonomy, and administrative support? We are looking for dedicated New Mexico Licensed Mental Health Therapists—both independently licensed (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) and associate/non-independently licensed (LMHC, LMSW, LAMFT)—to join our team.
In this role, you will provide tailored therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults navigating a variety of mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnostic Evaluations: Conduct clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing DSM-5 criteria.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and execute individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals.
- Therapeutic Intervention: Provide individual, youth, and family therapy using diverse clinical modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, Expressive Therapies, Behavioral Interventions).
- Inclusive Care: Address gender-informed issues and foster a safe, affirmative, and culturally responsive environment for all clients.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain prompt, thorough, and accurate electronic health records in compliance with state regulations and clinic policies.
- Collaborative Care: Consult and collaborate with internal colleagues and external healthcare providers to streamline client support.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.
- Licensure: Active New Mexico clinical license in good standing (Independent: LPCC, LCSW, LMFT; or Associate/Non-Independent: LMHC, LMSW, LAMFT).
- Clinical Skills: Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation, DSM-5 coding, and evidence-based behavior management practices.
- Caseload Capacity: Ability to build and maintain a weekly caseload of approximately 30–32 client hours.
- Availability: Ability to offer two evening shifts per week (until 6:00 PM) to meet client scheduling needs.
