Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Host to be the first point of contact for our guests. As a Host, you set the tone for the customer experience by providing a warm welcome, managing guest flow, and supporting front-of-house operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly with a welcoming and positive attitude
- Manage waitlist and guest flow during peak hours
- Answer questions about menu items, ordering process, and seating
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance and dining area
- Assist with takeout orders and customer pickups when needed
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
- Basic English required (Spanish or Chinese is a plus)
Schedule & Availability
- Part-time / Full-time available
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
