Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide range of non-alcoholic beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and smoothies, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service and answering inquiries about menu items.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, process payments, give correct change, and balance cash drawers at shift end.
- Maintain cleanliness of the café area by regularly cleaning equipment, counters, seating areas, and food prep zones in accordance with food safety standards.
- Assist in food handling and preparation tasks, including basic food safety practices and food industry regulations.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service while maintaining high standards of beverage quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must have current barista experienc.
- No ex Starbucks barista
- No training provided, must be able to work Day One with out trainin.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
