Regional Recruiter
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Regional Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple facilities within your designated region. You will focus on building strong pipelines for essential clinical and operational roles, ensuring our facilities are staffed with high-quality professionals to provide exceptional care. Core Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for regional staff, including RNs, LVNs, CNAs, and facility-level department heads.
- Facility Support: Oversee staffing needs for assigned facilities, prioritizing those with urgent openings or high-volume needs.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly recruitment huddles and provide updates on candidate pipelines and vacancy statuses.
- Reporting: Track and report on basic recruitment metrics such as vacancy rates, candidate volume, and time-to-fill.
- Process Management: Ensure all candidate documentation, background checks, and initial onboarding steps are completed in compliance with company policy.
Hiring Manager & Stakeholder Management
- Facility Partnership: Serve as the main point of contact for facility Administrators regarding their open requisitions.
- Candidate Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely experience for both parties.
- Feedback Loops: Collect interview feedback promptly to drive quick hiring decisions and improve candidate quality.
- Process Guidance: Assist hiring managers in following standard recruitment procedures and using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Active Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and local networking to identify and engage with qualified healthcare professionals.
- Evergreen Pipelines: Maintain a steady flow of pre-qualified candidates for high-turnover clinical roles to minimize staffing gaps.
- Local Outreach: Partner with local nursing schools and technical colleges to promote the organization and attract early-career talent.
- Community Presence: Represent the company at local career fairs and regional hiring events.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare, high-volume, or multi-site environment.
- Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
- Travel: Ability to travel within the assigned region for site visits and hiring events as needed.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
