We are currently seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who is enthusiastic, collaborative, and deeply committed to helping children thrive in their own unique ways.

What You'll Do:

Deliver engaging, goal-based treatment sessions under the supervision of an occupational therapist

Support children in strengthening fine motor and self-care abilities while honoring individual sensory needs and preferences.

Document progress and collaborate with your supervising occupational therapist and child’s care team

Engage with parents and caregivers to support the child at home and in the community through caregiver education

Contribute to a therapy space that is positive, playful, and respectful of each child’s individuality
We’d Love to Meet You If You:

Have experience working with pediatric clients although new grads are welcome to apply

Are confident, proactive, and organized in your sessions

Hold an active COTA license in the state of California
