Are you looking for a career with a high level of teamwork and positive attitude, this could be the fit for you! Our grill cooks should be proficient in line cooking, knife skills, food safety and sanitation procedures. A minimum of 2 years in a professional kitchen with experience in high volume, fast-paced cooking is a plus. This position would be responsible for the daily production, set-up & breakdown of the station. Ability to follow directions and complete daily tasks with high attention to detail.
A degree or certificate in Culinary Arts is helpful, however not required.
