Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and diagnostics, with the ability to work on a variety of vehicles. This role requires mechanical knowledge and expertise in performing repairs, maintenance, and inspections to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough automotive diagnostics to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Execute complex repairs on various vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Utilize auto estimating software to provide accurate repair estimates to customers.
- Align wheels and adjust suspension systems as needed.
- Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety standards.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
Skills
- Proficient in automotive repair techniques with strong mechanical knowledge.
- Familiarity with auto estimating software for accurate cost assessments.
