Job description:
* RN or have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services
*1 year of experience in the Developmental Disabilities field preferred
* Act as a patient advocate
*Monitor services of developmentally disabled individuals
* Monitor client progress toward treatment goals
*Report concerns and issues
*Attend Individual Service meetings
*Contact parents
*Visit with clients
*Document on a daily basis
