Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize patent, trademark, and other IP assets.
- Support IP enforcement, licensing, and monetization initiatives.
- Draft and negotiate IP-related agreements and settlements.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and IP risk assessments.
- Advise stakeholders on IP strategy and legal matters.
- Assist with patent/trademark portfolio management and M&A due diligence.
Qualifications:
- J.D. degree and active U.S. bar admission.
- USPTO registration (or eligibility).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (Mechanical/Electrical preferred).
- 2+ years of IP law experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Experience with patents, licensing, prosecution, and IP agreements.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
