Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for Community Counseling Solutions in Arlington, Oregon.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Provide outpatient behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families
- Complete behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, individual therapy, group therapy, and case coordination
- Practice within a collaborative multidisciplinary behavioral health team with full administrative support
- Deliver community-based mental health services while maintaining clinical autonomy
- Utilize an established EMR system for streamlined documentation and patient care
COMPENSATION
- $73,900-$111,600 Annual Salary (DOE)
- $4,000 Relocation Assistance (100+ Miles)
SCHEDULE
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- No Nights
- No Weekends
- No On-Call Responsibilities

Requirements:
- Active Oregon Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) License REQUIRED
- Master's Degree in Counseling or Related Behavioral Health Field REQUIRED
- Experience Providing Individual and Group Therapy Preferred
- Experience Working with Children, Adults, and Families Preferred
- Strong Assessment, Treatment Planning, and Documentation Skills
- Ability to Collaborate within a Multidisciplinary Behavioral Health Team
