The ICU Grafton is completely different than any other ICU; we are a community hospital with a "teaching hospital" environment. Our intensivists have students which offers constant teaching and learning for our amazing nurses. ICU Grafton is the cardiac receiving hospital between Green Bay and Milwaukee. We need to be ready at all times! Our ICU nurses are trained in CVVH, Balloon Pumps, Swan Ganz Catheters and so much more. Our nurses not only develop professionally but they also enjoy working with their team. Our unit is a family, and we support each other.
