For the Boston Office of a Mid-Sized, Boston-Based Law Firm
Responsibilities include:

Support firm-wide litigation PD initiatives (Note: this role does not oversee staffing).

Identify attorney development needs and create targeted training curricula, experience benchmarks, and career development resources.

Own the annual attorney review process for litigation associates.

Manage the attorney mentoring program for litigators, including mentor pairings, resources, training, and program improvements.

Coach associates on career development, individual goals, feedback, and strategies for success at each stage of their careers.
Qualifications include:

Bachelor’s degree required; JD or master’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.

5+ years of PD experience or significant litigation practice experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the judgment to provide thoughtful guidance on sensitive development and performance matters.

Strong coaching, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with attorneys and business professionals at all levels.

Deep commitment to helping attorneys grow professionally and gain career-enhancing skills.
Salary: $151k-$184k
