The vendor is responsible for uploading and maintaining all relevant licenses, certifications, and documentation in the web-based system throughout the Agreement. All credentials must be current at all times.

The vendor must confirm with the appropriate licensing boards that assigned RNs have no pending disciplinary actions and that their licenses are active and in good standing. Management Solution or the correctional facility may independently verify this.
Additionally, the vendor must ensure all assigned RNs meet 8 CCR 5199 respiratory protection standards. This includes maintaining current N95 and/or PAPR medical clearance and completing annual respiratory protection training, including the Appendix G questionnaire.

For specialized assignments (e.g., Emergency Department, Inpatient Care, OB, or Specialty Services), an additional 1 year of recent experience in the specialty is required, along with appropriate certifications. Clinical competency documentation must be current and submitted in advance.
All RNs must be proficient in English, both written and verbal, and able to communicate clearly with facility staff. Those who do not meet the minimum qualifications will not be permitted to work.
