Brando’s NOVA LLC is looking for a dependable CDL-A driver with at least 2 years of CDL experience to join our team.
What We Offer:
Texas-only routes
Power-only freight
Assigned 2020 automatic truck with a double-bunk sleeper
Home every weekend (and sometimes during the week)
1,900–2,500 miles per week or more
Weekly pay
$0.60 CPM – Loaded Dry Van
$0.62 CPM – Loaded Reefer
$0.45 CPM – Empty miles
$85/day guaranteed if there’s no load available that week (rarely happens)
Detention pay after 3-4 hrs (Fast Deliveries)
Monthly performance bonuses based on performance
24/7 direct support from dispatch/management
We don’t leave our drivers sitting after delivery—you’ll typically be reloaded within a day.
