Job Description: Guide patients on their journey to mental wellness
Role and Responsibilities

Conducts MOUD education.
- Performs psychiatric evaluations.

Provides MOUD treatment including Vivitrol and Buprenorphine
- Provides ongoing psychiatric medication for those needing it along with their MOUD treatment

Provides emergency and consultation services.

Provides consultation services to community as requested
- Attends treatment planning conferences within the agency

Consults with other staff and maintains updated medical records.

Work closely under the supervising Doctor following all recommendations
Qualifications and Education Requirements

Master’s degree in nursing and current Kentucky Board of Nursing APRN Licensure. Or a Licensed Physician’s Assistant by the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure

DEA License
-
Preferred three to five years’ experience working in MOUD population
Physical Requirements
-
Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise objects, including the human body.
Special Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory motor vehicle record.
- Dependable transportation.

Willing to travel throughout the region to conduct clinics
