Job Summary
The Learning & Development Specialist will lead in-person physical skills training sessions for all newly hired team members.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Facilitate physical skills training for CPR/FA/AED.

Responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date training records.

Obtain or develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.

Plan, organize, facilitate, and order supplies for training events.

Work effectively as a team member with members of Area Management and the L&D team.

Complete all other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Experience operating in a training role with hands on instructor experience

One to three years of experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred

Current American Red Cross CPR/FA/AED Instructor certification preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong presentation skills.

Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.

Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Physical Requirements

Ability to communicate with other people in-person, by telephone, and in writing

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
