Absolute Best Water Solutions LLC is Wisconsin's Authorized RainSoft Dealer, providing industry-leading water treatment solutions to homeowners across the state. We are seeking outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to represent our company inside Home Depot stores and help connect homeowners with free water quality testing and consultation services.
Position Overview
As a Customer Surveyor, you will engage with Home Depot shoppers, educate them about common water quality concerns, and invite them to schedule a complimentary in-home water analysis with one of our water treatment specialists. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to start conversations with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Conduct brief customer surveys regarding home water quality.
- Explain the benefits of free water testing and consultation services.
- Generate qualified appointments for RainSoft water treatment demonstrations.
- Accurately collect customer information and schedule appointments.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead-generation goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated personality.
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers.
- Sales, retail, customer service, or lead-generation experience is helpful but not required.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
