Job Summary
Join the Memory Makers Unlimited team and help create lasting memories for customers at craft shows, fairs, festivals, and holiday events. As a Seasonal Event Associate, you'll be the friendly face of our booth, assisting customers with selecting and transferring photos from their phones, processing purchases, packaging finished wood prints, and providing an outstanding customer experience. No photography or printing experience is required—we'll provide all the training you need. We're looking for dependable, energetic individuals who enjoy working with people in a fast-paced, fun environment.
Duties
- Greet customers in a friendly, welcoming, and professional manner.
- Assist customers with transferring photos from their smartphones or other devices.
- Help customers select photos and answer questions about our products and services.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process cash, credit card, and digital payments.
- Package completed wood prints and ensure orders are presented neatly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting booth throughout the event.
- Restock supplies and keep product displays attractive and well organized.
- Work closely with team members to ensure efficient customer service during busy periods.
- Follow company procedures for handling customer information and photos.
- Represent Memory Makers Unlimited with a positive attitude and exceptional customer service.
- Assist with booth setup before the event and teardown at the conclusion of the event, as needed.
- Perform other event-related duties as assigned to support a successful operation.
