Job Summary
The Director position provides administrative and operational leadership for the Supported Living Program supports and services provided to the people Fresh Winds supports. Specifically, the position will oversee, guide and mentor front-line Program Managers and their teams in strategically implementing the agency’s mission and vision. This position will be responsible for all programmatic and administrative functions across the program’s services.
General Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and lead day to day operations for the program’s support teams and people supported by FRESH WINDS.
2. Model, coach and promote person-centered thinking, planning, and supporting team members and families.
3. Develop, monitor, and report out on program goals.
4. Monitor and improve program quality, effectiveness and efficiency as defined by Fresh Winds including planning for future growth.
5. Monitor agency compliance for program
· Maintain Mandt Certifications
· Service Funding Plans
· Training standards
· Professional standards
6. Ensure excellent program supports and services, and lead monitoring of quality supports through direct observation and timely assessment.
7. Develop and manage annual ISL budget and staffing patterns for residential program; oversee record keeping and reporting to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
8. Efficiency of reducing overtime.
9. Knowledge and understanding of current local, state, and federal rules, regulations and expectations and ensuring that these are all met.
10. Gather and review all billing and time sheet documentation to ensure that it is completed thoroughly and correctly and submitted in a timely manner to the designated representative.

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Ensure service-related documentation is completed to agency standards and in a timely manner (PCP prep documents, goal documentation, progress reports, attendance, etc.)
Access and promote utilization of agency resources and tools to assure and promote ongoing excellence in services.
Maintain strong collaborative working relationships.
AGENCY & EXTERNAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Actively participate in cross agency working groups communities.
Represent Fresh Winds at an external committee related to your program or related to Fresh Winds role in the community.
Act as an ambassador for Fresh Winds externally.
Stay current with the latest industry best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university (Master’s degree or equivalent preferred).
A minimum of 3 years full-time experience working with individuals with disabilities, and a minimum of 3 years of management/supervisory experience.
Must obtain or maintain Mandt Instructors Certification
Must obtain or maintain Investigation Certification
Must be able to possess utilize Investigative skills
Experience managing ISL budgets and staffing patterns, maintaining compliance standards, also setting up and sustaining quality assurance systems is critical.

Pay: $83,200.00 - $93,600.00 per year
