Summary:
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas in a small hotel to ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Change linens, make beds, replace towels, and restock toiletries and other amenities.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and empty trash.
- Report maintenance problems, missing items, or room damage to management.
- Respond to guest requests for extra towels, pillows, or other items.
- Keep housekeeping carts and supply areas organized and stocked.
- Follow hotel cleanliness, safety, and privacy procedures.
- Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work on your feet for long periods.
- Attention to detail, time management, and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
