Prepare authentic Cuban-American cuisine with consistency and pride
Maintain exceptional cleanliness and food safety standards
Work with urgency, but never sacrifice quality
Keep your station organized, stocked, and guest-ready
Support your teammates wherever you’re needed
Continuously improve your skills and product knowledge
