JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Facilities to join our firm. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and analytical skills, along with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced legal environment. This role requires a proactive operations professional with strong project management skills, exceptional organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across a growing organization. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing workplace operations, coordinating internal and external partners, and creating a consistent, efficient office experience across multiple locations . As the Director of Facilities, you will lead workplace operations across all Blood Law offices by managing office readiness, vendor relationships, supply coordination, facilities needs, and new location launches. You will partner closely with leadership, and IT to ensure each office is prepared, supported, and operating effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee facilities and workplace operations across multiple office locations, ensuring each office is fully equipped, organized, and prepared to support employees.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, vendors, and operational resources to ensure teams have the tools and materials needed to be successful.
- Coordinate with landlords, property managers, and service providers to address office needs, maintenance requests, and facility-related matters.
- Support new office openings and expansions by coordinating office setup, signage, furniture, technology needs, and overall readiness.
- Serve as the primary communication bridge between employees, leadership, and IT to coordinate technology needs, equipment setup, and operational support.
- Maintain consistent office standards across all locations while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while supporting the continued growth and operational needs of the firm.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5+ years experience with small to mid-size businesses.
- Project Management background.
- Previous experience managing office operations across multiple locations, coordinating vendors, and supporting workplace needs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating office openings, relocations, workspace setup, or operational expansion projects.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to proactively identify needs, solve problems, and implement efficient processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with employees, leadership, vendors, and external partners.
Pay: $55,000-$70,000 per year
