What we are looking for:
- Customer service and strong communication skills
- Experience with phone and outside sales is a plus
- Industry relationships or a current book of business (not required)
- Motivated by earning potential and a strong compensation package
- Ability to Multi-task and manage your time effectively
- Bilingual is a plus
Job Duties:
- Enter orders in TMS, set appointments, track carriers.
- Manage inbound and outbound phone calls with new clients
- Execute on customer needs with exceptional customer service
- Research and provide rate quotes to new clients
- Procure new carriers to execute customer business
