Custom Filters Direct is expanding and is looking for Automated Machine Operators to help operate our state-of-the-art automated manufacturing equipment. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy working with machinery, and take pride in producing quality products, we'd love to meet you!

Operate, monitor, and adjust automated production equipment.

Perform machine setups, changeovers, and minor troubleshooting.

Identify and resolve basic mechanical issues to minimize downtime.

Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.

Load raw materials and keep machines running efficiently.

Complete production documentation and report equipment concerns.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Work closely with Production and Maintenance to maximize equipment performance and production output.

Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Experience working with automated production equipment is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude.

Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour (based on experience)
2nd Shift (train on 1st)

Monday–Friday (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM) + any OT based on business needs
