What You'll Do
- Call warm inbound leads who have requested information.
- Qualify prospects using our proven sales process.
- Book qualified appointments for our Closing Team.
- Follow up consistently through calls, text messages, and email.
- Keep detailed notes inside our CRM.
- Hit daily activity and appointment-setting goals.
What We're Looking For
- Highly competitive and self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable making 100+ calls per day.
- Coachable and willing to receive feedback.
- Positive attitude with a high work ethic.
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation
- 100% Commission
- Unlimited earning potential
- Top setters earn $6,000–$12,000+ per month
