Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – MedSurg / Telemetry ($3,768/Week)
Location: Concord, MA
Contract: 13 Weeks (08/17/2026 – 11/14/2026)
Shift: 12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 3x12 | 36 Hours/Week or 4x12| 48 Hours/week
Mandatory Requirements to Apply
- Active Massachusetts RN License
- BLS Certification (AHA or ARC)
- Minimum 3 years of MedSurg/Telemetry RN experience
- Previous Travel RN experience required
- Telemetry experience required
- Meditech EMR experience required
- Willing to float to similar units as needed
- Available to work every other weekend and every other holiday
- Must pass the Telemetry competency test during orientation
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult MedSurg and Telemetry patients.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications, treatments, and patient education.
- Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR.
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure positive patient outcomes.

- $40.00/hour Taxable W-2 Pay
- Up to $1,848/week Tax-Free Stipend (for eligible travelers)
- Overtime: $98.00/hour
