What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through door-to-door outreach, referrals, networking, and local marketing
- Meet with homeowners to understand their needs and recommend the right roofing solutions
- Educate customers on roofing materials, warranties, pricing, and available options
- Prepare and present professional estimates, proposals, and contracts
- Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
- Work toward—and exceed—individual and team sales goals
- Manage leads, appointments, and sales activity using our technology and tools

- Confident, outgoing, and an effective communicator

- Self-driven, coachable, and willing to learn

- Organized with strong time-management skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule
- Available for some evenings and select Saturdays
- At least 17 years old
- Equipped with reliable transportation and a smartphone
