What You’ll Do
- Lead residential HVAC installations from rough-in to final start-up
- Install furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, air handlers, and mini-splits
- Run ductwork, line sets, drains, and ventilation systems
- Read blueprints and execute clean, efficient installs
- Ensure all work meets code, manufacturer specs, and company standards
- Coordinate with builders, project managers, and inspectors
- Train, guide, and support installation helpers
- Start up and test systems to ensure top performance
- Keep jobsites clean, safe, and dialed in
What You Bring
- 3+ years of residential New Construction HVAC installation experience
- New construction experience (preferred)
- Leadership or crew lead experience
- EPA 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain — we’ll cover it)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to handle physical demands (50–75 lbs, attics, crawlspaces, rooftops)
Bonus Skills
- Experience with heat pumps and high-efficiency systems
- Basic electrical and gas piping knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and natural leadership ability
